Many people have expressed frustration with having access to a therapist when they need it. And we acknowledge that not everyone needs on going therapy. Sometimes, a single session may be all that you need to reset. Or, if you have a therapist in mind and they can't begin services for a few weeks, the on demand sessions can hold you over.

So what should you expect:
1) For scheduling, determine if you would like a 30 min, 45 min or 60 minute sessions. Our fees are as follows: 30 minutes ($90), 45 minutes ($125), and 60 minutes ($150). Once you confirm your day and time, you will need to enter your contact details and your credit card information.
2) Once we confirm your appointment, we will charge a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit to hold your appointment time. We will send you over forms to complete for the session (intake, consent form, etc.). Please complete these forms prior to your session.
3) You will receive a telehealth link to join the appointment at your scheduled time. The link is HIPAA compliant and can be accessed using a phone or computer. Please test it out prior to your appointment time to make sure it works for you.
4) You will meet your therapist and the work will begin immediately. You will be charged the remaining portion at the end of your telehealth appointment using the card on file.
